How are reviews handled?

DKVTC reads every review before publication. Moderation checks the content and compliance with the publication rules. The journey declaration relies on the author’s confirmation; no purchase or journey is verified automatically.
Accepted reviews are published no later than 30 days after submission, following approval by DKVTC. Without approval within this period, they can no longer be published. A review remains displayed for a maximum of three years after its first publication.
A review may be rejected if it contains unlawful or abusive content or personal data, is off topic or does not concern a declared journey. A negative rating is not grounds for rejection. To find out why a review was rejected, contact DKVTC with your review reference.

Another question?How can I estimate my journey?
For a departure in Alpes-Maritimes (06) to France or Monaco, select your addresses and run the estimate. Monaco uses the same rates as France. For a departure outside area 06, a destination in Italy or a route that cannot be calculated, request a personalised quote. An address that cannot be found can be entered manually for a quote.
Where do you depart from and which destinations do you serve?
Departures from area 06 can be estimated for journeys to France and Monaco. You can also request a pickup outside Alpes-Maritimes with a personalised quote. The directory includes municipalities in PACA, Monaco and all municipalities in Italy; journeys to Italy require a quote.
When is the fare confirmed?
The amount displayed after the calculation is an estimate for the requested journey. The final fare, vehicle and availability are confirmed before pickup. Requests without an estimate receive a personalised quote.
How does hourly hire work?
Choose a duration and your itinerary in a Saloon or Van. For a departure from area 06 to France or Monaco, the estimate details the hours, included kilometres and any additional kilometres, using the same calculation rules. Outside area 06, to Italy or if the route cannot be calculated, request a quote. The Economy category is available for transfers.
How many passengers and bags can I bring?
Economy and Saloon: up to 4 passengers, with 5 small cabin bags, or 4 medium bags, or 3 large bags. Van: up to 7 passengers, with 7 small cabin bags, or 6 medium bags, or 5 large bags. Select the cabin, medium or large size matching your luggage in the form.
How do I request a child seat?
Answer the question about children aged 1 to 10 in the form, then specify the number of baby seats and booster seats. For a baby under one year old, explain your needs in the comments. Suitable equipment remains subject to confirmation.
What about a group or an address that cannot be found?
Use “Request a quote without an estimate” for a departure outside area 06, an address not suggested by the search or a route requiring special review. An address can be entered manually for this request, within the capacity limits of the selected category. No amount is invented for a quote.
How does payment work?
When enabled for your journey, online payment is offered after you enter your contact details, on a secure Stripe page. If the service is not enabled, your request is recorded without collecting payment. For quoted services, the fare is approved before any payment.
Is my request a confirmed booking?
Submitting the form records your pickup request. The journey still needs to be confirmed after the proposal, vehicle and availability are approved. The payment status, when payment is used, is shown separately.
